What time is Check-in/Check-out?

Check in begins at 3:00pm and Checkout is at 11:00am

Do you allow for Early Check-in/ Late Check-out?

Early Check in and Late Check Out are based upon availability and is not guaranteed. However, we do try our best to meet requests. Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs may also be subject to fee.

Does your hotel have Parking available? 

We offer valet parking for your convenience. Our valet parking service is available at a fee of $35 (plus tax) for vehicles under 5’9, and $45 (plus tax) for vehicles over 5’9.

Does your hotel have a pool and spa?

We do not have a pool or a spa, but we do have a large fitness center located on the 1st floor that is open 24 hours with your room key.

Do you have a Business Center?

Our self-service business center is located on the 2nd floor and is open 24 hours with your room key. Printing and internet is subject to a fee.

Does your hotel have an airport shuttle?

We are just 8 miles from Terminal 1 at MSP airport. We do not have an airport shuttle. The best way to get to the hotel is via taxi or Uber/Lyft. You can also take the Blue line light rail to Minneapolis and transfer to the Green line train to Downtown St. Paul. You can also take the 54 Express bus from MSP airport to Downtown St. Paul.

What is the Minimum age to rent a room?

Our Minimum age to rent a room is 21.

Do you have a restaurant and bar onsite?

The Citizen Restaurant and Bar is located on the lobby level and is open 7 days a week from Sunday – Thursday from 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM and Friday – Saturday from 6:30 AM – 12:00 AM. Our menu features modern American fare cuisine and signature cocktails.

Can I have something shipped to your hotel and pick it up when I arrive?

Yes, you can ship it to Attention: Guest Name 11 E Kellogg Blvd, St Paul, MN 55101 it is also helpful to note the check-in date. Please note, we charge a $5.00 package handling fee for all packages.

Do you allow smoking on property?

We are a 100% non-smoking property. Any guests found in violation of the policy will be subject to a cleaning fee of minimum $350.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, call the hotel directly or contact customer service. Alternatively, you can cancel your reservation online.

Do you have a deposit at check in?

Upon check in we authorize full room and tax plus $50 per night for incidentals. If this amount is not used it will drop off your account in 7 to 10 business days.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards that match the ID of the person who has rented the room. Please note we do not accept pre-paid cards of any kind. If you would like to pre-pay for a reservation you must fill out a Credit Card Authorization form 3 business days prior to arrival, please contact the hotel directly for this form. We accept cash upon check out.

Do you allow Pets?

Our pet policy allows guests to bring pets weighing up to 75 pounds. A one-time non-refundable pet cleaning fee will be applied to the room of $75 per stay. If guests booked on the executive level with their pets, they will have to be relocated to lower floors, as only the 3rd and 4th floors are designated for guests with pets. We appreciate your cooperation in following our pet policy.

Where can I eat breakfast on property?

We offer a full breakfast menu 6:30am-11:00am at the Citizen Restaurant and Bar located on the lobby level. Breakfast can also be enjoyed in the comfort of your room by ordering room service. For on-the-go options stop by our Lavazza coffee shop for grab and go items.

Do you have Vending and Ice Machines on the guest floors?

We have ice machines located on each floor. We do not have any vending machines on property, but you can purchase snacks and drinks in the Lavazza coffee shop and from the Front Desk after-hours.

What amenities are offered in your guest rooms?

For your convenience, a mini fridge, Keurig single cup coffee brewer, iHome docking station, robe and laptop safe are in each guest room. For amenities based on room types please contact the hotel directly.
